Instructions:

Use with athletic shoes.

Place a carpet skate on the floor with gripper-grooves facing forward.

Place your heel against elastic heel strap and slide foot back until the hook and loop foot strap will cross over the top of your shoe, strap carpet skate to foot securely.

The first time you use fun slides, just begin by walking slowly then progress into pushing off with your toe as you would with socks on a bare floor.
