This thing works great. My husband and I get an mail food order where we cook from scratch and we roast a lost of foods. This has been a plus for our everyday meals. I recommend it to everyone.

This product is excellent. I wasn't sure it was going to accomplish what I wanted it for, but it has. I wanted some pan to stick leftover bloomin onions on and it would restore the bloomin onions to their original crispiness, after being in the refrigerator all night, so they taste like they did when you ordered at the restaurant the night before. And it has accomplished that.

I love the copper crisper I use it all the time to bake chicken breast pork chops they come out so juicey fries come out nice a crispy it cleans so easy

Love this product, does what is says, nice and crispy, no fat from oils, etc. Works very well, and french fries taste like they came from a fryer. Great for fried chicken as well.

Stains easily. Much less quality than Copper Chef Square Pan and Copper Chef XL Pan that comes with induction burner.

The crisper was a bit smaller than I thought it was going to be. I have used it about 4 times and have not noticed any difference in crispiness using it compared to using a cookie sheet. The flat pan also discolors after using a little bit.
