I had a leak at the base of my garage, when it rained water would come into the garage. I used Flex Seal on the outside and inside and no more leaking. I had tried everything. Flex Seal is the only thing that has worked. Taken a big load off my shoulders. I also have a raised garden that has warped at the end. I pulled the dirt away from the end, re-screwed the sides together the best I could and then sprayed it with Flex Seal on the inside. I'm confident it will hold now. I'm so glad I bought 3 cans when I purchased.

I used this white Flex Seal to seal around my bathtub that had been cracking for years - it is fantastic and easy to wipe down after each shower.

Excellent stuff for filling seams that had lost rubber edging on the back of my storage shed. Did the job easily for a rookie home repair person and worked much better than a similar product I tried from my local hardware store. Clean up was easy too so am not afraid to use it again for other appropriate problems.

got 1st can from local store and used it n loved it so i had to run out n buy another to have it on hand when i need it. i used 1st can on some spots on a leaky roof n work perfect since a day after using we got rain and no leaks.. remember to shake well and weak gloves and even a shirt you dont mind messing up due to back spray

Flex seal is a great product. (note must shake can longer than average products or it will not coat evenly) I used it on my van as a rocker guard however compared to similar products this can did not have the same coverage. I most definitely recommend this for small applications. or as a handyman's Duct tape in a can for emergency repairs.

I HAD LEAKING SKYLIGHTS AND HAD TRIED A NUMBER OF THINGS TO STOP THE LEAKS. CAULKING, TAR. BUT THIS PRODUCT HAS STOPPED THE LEAKS. SO I BOUGHT MORE AND JUST DID ALL 11 OF MY SKY LIGHTS JUST AS A SAFE GUARD. 1 CAN GOES A LONG WAY

THIS PRODUCT IS THE GREATEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD I MEAN IT. MY BASEMENT WALLS HAVE LEAKED FOR 30 YRS BUT I SPRAYED THIS PRODUCT ON FROM TOP TO BOTTOM NEXT DAY BAD RAIN STORN,WENT DOWN TO BASEMENT NOT REALLY EXPECTING ANY CHANG SURPRISE SURPRISE BONE DRY I ALMOST CRYED AM AFRAID IT WONT LAST BUT FOR THE FIRST REALLY BAD RAIN IT WAS GREAT LOVE THIS PRODUCT.MARTY GALEY

I used this product in my bathroom as my shower walls needed to be replaced. It was great for a temp repair. It kept the rest of the wall from getting wet. Until I can replace kitchen sink great for new liner to bottom of sink. I love this stuff will recommend to all my friends.

I first bought this product for my gutters. It was only in black at the time but I didn't care, I used it and I was able to put off buying new gutters for several years. I have had a leak problem in my basement for years. I used white this time and works fine. My favorite is, of course, the clear one but I'll use the black or white if I have to and paint over later. This is wonderful stuff. Great saver for an old lady to use. :-)

Built an overhang over rear porch. Where board connected to house leaked...whet on top and spray this along flashing and board... No leaks! Now can sit outside comfortably and watch the rain without getting wet.

I applied several layers of this over the course of several hours to a crack that had water leaking into my trunk. I am happy to say that water no longer enters my trunk after pouring water on it.

my drain pipe in the basement dripped. I spayed it all the way around the pipe. NO MORE DRIP! of course the product dripped all over floor. wont come off the cement. also I blew a brake line on my van a week later...vualla! fix lasted the week I had to wait for a new brake line. impressive

I went to order this product...only to find that there is no way to order only ONE can. The supposedly 'Free' can costs as much as the first when you add in additional shipping handling charges. I HATE this kind of thing, but I needed the product, so I essentially bought 2 at full price.

Used to seal the flashing around a chimney. Easy application and being clear, very hard to see the repair. Leaks have stopped. Will purchase again. Need to start selling in the big box stores.

So far so gd Absolutely no leaks. I have a car that has puddles of water on the passenger side so I use the Flexeril on every please the water can come here. After a heavy rain the other day not a drop of water inside the car. Thank you flex

As it shows on the commercial it should come out of the can like a caulk...Not its so runny and thin it floats in thin air like cotton candy ..I will be asking for a refund on this product!

Roof leak in sunroom. Used this since it was not a large area needing repair. Two days later Husband checked the repair and it had already started cracking and peeling. Back to the store it went! Repaired it the good old fashion way with roof tar.
