I first placed this right from the freezer onto the back of my neck to thaw a little and relieve the tension from my migraine. Then once it was pliable I wrapped around my head. It soothed my migraine in minutes!

My son has cluster migraines which are terrible. These help out a lot. He uses one of these on the front of his head and a heating pad on the back. It helps a good bit,

I bought four and when I visited my daughter I brought one with me for her. It wasn't long after that when the phone rang and she said it worked even at room temperature to kill her migraine. I have yet to use mine.

For me, this has to be the best thing I have ever used for a migraine, the Migraine Relief Wrap. I get real bad tension headaches and real bad migraines, but the relief wrap can be cold or hot and it is made of therapeutic Gel-Filled Beads that wrap around your forehead. I was worried about it being too big since I have such a small head but, it has an adjustable Strap so it is perfect for any size head. I prefer to put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then let it do its magic on my painful migraine. Sometimes, if I have a tension headache, I will heat it up in the microwave for about 10 seconds and let it soothe the tension away. A must have for migraine sufferers like me!!!!
