I used this for 15 years then left it in a motel room could not sleep or rest for the next 5 days, miserable motel pillows. I ordered another when I got home will NOT be without this pillow NOT expensive for years of use. I have a shoulder injury this pillow Is the ONLY one I have found over the years that brings relief,comfort and reduces my pain so I can sleep. Going on another 2 week trip this year in the summer so I am now buying one just for trips I will not leave this one behind! Cool feeling, adjustable, mush it into place, not hard to get used to the crunch of the pillow hulls, no more painful neck or shoulder pain, LOVE this pillow! Quality speaks for itself and the Sobakawa buck wheat pillow is worth every penny and more.

The pillow gives great support for the head and it is not warm like those memory foam pillows but it is a little too firm and all those little beads inside of it are a little noisy until you fin d a comfortable sleep position anad no longer move your head around.

I started using this pillow 15 years ago. I take it with me on every overnight trip, including three hospital stays. My kids love it and will both be getting their own soon. The crunch of the buckwheat took a little getting used to but the comfort of the pillow outweighs the sound, until it is soon not noticed. I can't sleep soundly on any other pillow.

I love my pillow .The first couple of nights I hated it but don't give up on it you will get use to it.i can't sleep now unless I have this pillow. I am ordering another one for a back up.i had headachs all the time and haven't had one since using this pillow.
